About us

An online service for you to get your legally certified copies when you need them. We have a dedicated pool of lawyers who specialise in the certification of photocopies of original UK documents. This means we can provide a cost effective, efficient and reliable service. We only certify photocopies that are for use here in the UK, and where the original was produced or signed here in the UK. We can certify UK produced translations. All documents requiring a signature MUST be signed, otherwise no certification can proceed. We only provide black and white certified photocopies for security reasons. For certified copies for use overseas you would generally need the services of a Notary Public or it may be necessary to have your document legalised for use overseas. We do provide a legalisation service through the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and we can also arrange for your legalised documents to be legalised by other Foreign UK based Embassy’s.

How We Legally Certify Your Copy Document

Option 1: Post and Delivered by Post:

No appointments or running around are necessary. Simply Post your documents and receive them back along with your legally certified copies delivered to your door by First Class Recorded Delivery. This can be done as a 3 day standard service or our 24 hours turnaround service, only provided if your documents are received by 12 midday on the day before delivery is required. You pay via paypal or bank credit transfer made into our Barclays bank account once we acknowledge receipt of your document and prior to dispatch for delivery. Option 2: Call to book, Drop Off and Collect:

To drop off and collect you will need to notify us by calling us. For additional cost you can wait for your document or you will have to leave your documents and return at a specified time, usually a minimum of 2 hours before returning to collect. The minimum 3 hour collect same day service is charged at the same cost as our 24 hour turnaround service. This means that if you do not require the 3 hour to 24 hour collect service you would arrange to collect 3 days following drop off and pay the standard cost. You pay by cash upon drop off and are given your original and copied documents when you collect. For this service you must complete your written instructions before arrival. Option 3: Attach & Email and Collect Service:

We also provide an Attach & Email and Collect service. This is a valuable service if you wish to have original documents such as your passport or other valuable document certified but do not wish to post them or do not have time to drop off first. Using this service allows us to provide a speedy service and confirm the original document when you attend to collect, as you will be required to bring the originals with you. You can collect your documents for additional cost at any time from 2 hours after we acknowledge receipt or within 24 hours. Otherwise your document is ready for collection at usual cost, 3 days following acknowledgement that your document has been received. You should call us to confirm when you have emailed your attachment if you wish to collect your document 2 hours later. You pay via paypal or bank credit transfer made into our Barclays bank account by the time you collect or in cash upon collection. Option 4: Attach & Email and Delivered to you by Post:

A very convenient service for long distance customers. Once we receive your electronically emailed documents we satisfy ourselves that we are seeing an original electronic version of a document and then proceed to create a photocopy which is then legally certified. You should be aware that legally certified copies are NOT authenticating your documents as genuine. They certify only that the certified copy is a true copy of the document seen whether it is a hard copy document or an electronic copy document. If you require authentication then you should pay for the services of a Notary Public. Following certification your certified photocopies are posted back to you by First Class Registered Post. We provide this service within 24 hours at additional cost and provided you email your document before 12 midday or our 3 day standard service . You pay via paypal or bank credit transfer into our Barclay’s bank account once we acknowledge receipt of document and prior to dispatch for delivery.
