About us

An online service for you to get your legally certified copies when you need them. We have a dedicated pool of lawyers who specialise in the certification of photocopies of original UK documents. This means we can provide a cost effective, efficient and reliable service. We only certify photocopies that are for use here in the UK, and where the original was produced or signed here in the UK. We can certify UK produced translations. All documents requiring a signature MUST be signed, otherwise no certification can proceed. We only provide black and white certified photocopies for security reasons. For certified copies for use overseas you would generally need the services of a Notary Public or it may be necessary to have your document legalised for use overseas. We do provide a legalisation service through the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and we can also arrange for your legalised documents to be legalised by other Foreign UK based Embassy’s.

How We Legally Certify Your Copy Document

Option 1: Post and Delivered by Post:

No appointments or running around are necessary. Simply Post your documents and receive them back along with your legally certified copies delivered to your door by Postal Delivery. This is provided as a 5 day standard service all inclusive at £12.50 per document or 2 day faster service at £15.00 per document. You pay via paypal at the time of order. For frequently asked questions you can Click Here this page will also give you details of the types of documents we can certify.

Option 2: Call to book, Drop Off and Collect:

To drop off and collect you will need to notify us by calling us. For additional cost you can wait for your document or you will have to leave your documents and return at a specified time, usually a minimum of 8 hours before returning to collect. The minimum 8 hour collect same day service is charged at a cost of £20.00 per document.  If your matter requires you to meet with one of our practising lawyers to certify your document then the cost per document is £25.00.  You pay at the time of ordering your service via paypal. For frequently asked questions you can Click Here this page will also give you details of the types of documents we can certify or CALL us and arrange your meeting.

Option 3: Attach & Email and delivered to you by post:

We also provide an Attach & Email service.  This service is ideal for long distance customers and is equally very convenient and safe for customers of any distance when time is of essence and security is an issue.  You simply scan your original document as an electronic document and attach it as an email when you contact us to order. This is a valuable service if you wish to have original documents such as your passport or other valuable document certified but do not wish to post them or do not have time to drop off first. Once we receive your electronically emailed documents we satisfy ourselves that we are seeing an original electronic version of a document and then proceed to create a photocopy which is then legally certified. You should be aware that legally certified copies are NOT authenticating your documents as genuine. They certify only that the certified copy is a true copy of the document seen whether it is a hard copy document or an electronic copy document. If you require authentication then you should pay for the services of a Notary Public. Following certification your certified photocopies are posted back to you   This service is provided as a 5 day service at all inclusive cost of £12.50 per document or 2 day faster service at £15.00 per document. PRICES:

£12.50 each document to be certified 5 day standard service.
£15..00 each document to be certified 2 day faster service.
£20.00 each document to be certified minimum 8 hours drop off starting from midday and collect service.
£25.00 each document to be certified by a practising lawyer whilst you wait service. You will be required to meet the lawyer at their location.
£2.50 P&P up to 10 additional pages in UK.
£8.00 minimum P&P for overseas postal services signed for. Please note that the price will be based upon the location of delivery and you will be ased to make additional payment as required.

Courier services such as DHL are based upon the Courier service quote plus our administrative charge of £8.00 for preparation of your package. if you require this delviery method then we shall provide you with a quote at the point of order.
