An online service for you to get your legally certified copies when you need them. We have a dedicated pool of lawyers who specialise in the certification of photocopies of original UK documents. This means we can provide a cost effective, efficient and reliable service. We only certify photocopies that are for use here in the UK, and where the original was produced or signed here in the UK. We can certify UK produced translations. All documents requiring a signature MUST be signed, otherwise no certification can proceed. We only provide black and white certified photocopies for security reasons. For certified copies for use overseas you would generally need the services of a Notary Public or it may be necessary to have your document legalised for use overseas. We do provide a legalisation service through the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and we can also arrange for your legalised documents to be legalised by other Foreign UK based Embassys.
Attach & Email your scanned original documents and we will then copy and certify each document and return by postal delivery. Every certification is completed by a practising barrister or solicitor. This 5 day service is provided at a cost of £12.50 per copy inclusive of all postage costs. Or for an additional £2.50 you can get this service with a 2 day turn around meaning you pay all inclusive cost of £15.00 per document.
Post your original documents; they are delivered back to you with your legally certified copies within 5 days by Postal delivery at an all inclusive price of £12.50 OR when time is of essence our 2 day turn around service cost at an additional £2.50 for each copy meaning an unbeatable fast service for only £15.00 all inclusive of postal costs.
When your matter is urgent we offer you a service that allows you to call us on the number above and arrange to meet with a certifying lawyer on the same day who will then provide you with a while you wait service at a cost of £25.00 per document. Or you can drop off your document and return to collect them in a minimum of 8 hours at a cost of £20.00 per document.
Legalisation by the FCO in 7 days at an unbeatable all inclusive price of £70.00 for your first document which covers the cost of apostille, certification by a practising barrister or solicitor and all postage costs. Additional copies are charged at £45.00 all inclusive of FCO fees, certification by a practising barrister or solicitor where required. and postage.
