ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
These terms and conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with the general terms and conditions of service under which legal drafters operates. In the event of conflict of interpretation of the terms and conditions as set out in this part, with the general terms and conditions of service, then the interpretation of the general terms and conditions shall take precedence as the applicable terms and conditions for all services.

 

PAYMENT
There are no hidden charges. All our fees have been specified within each service specification and or set out within the confirmation of order prior to payment of these services. The purchaser will be required to pay a transaction fee for payment online as set out by Google Merchant Payment Services, or any other transaction fee payable by any other electronic means. If paying by manual mode such as in person at a bank or via bankers draft or postal order you will be required to cover any transaction cost incurred in addition to the services and postal costs at your own expense. When the purchaser has ordered and paid for a service the purchaser will be deemed to have entered into a legally binding contract that includes acceptance upon the purchaser of our terms and conditions as set out on this website and all advertisements and correspondence of Legaldrafters LTD, without limitation, save as specified or where the purchaser’s statutory or legal rights are protected by United Kingdom Law. The purchaser’s statutory rights are not affected in any way by acceptance of these terms and conditions, save where the purchaser has agreed to waive these rights. You will be deemed to have waived your statutory and or legal rights, as specified within the terms of service, and all other terms and conditions as set out by Legaldrafters LTD and its trading businesses. The purchaser agrees to make full and total payment of any service ordered prior to processing or delivery of the service requested. The purchaser shall pay for services at the time of purchase online, or by other electronic means, manual mode including payment into Legaldrafters LTD barclays bank account, by bankers draft or postal order. Cheques will not be accepted. Upon cleared funds into Legaldrafters LTD bank account your service will be processed and any orders confirmed.

 

SERVICE DELIVERY
All postal or online services save where Legaldrafters LTD is acting as an agent to you in respect of legalisation services, from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office; and Registry Certificates from the General Registry Office shall be processed within 5 days of receipt of documents to Legaldrafters LTD processing premises. You agree that save as set out Legaldrafters LTD shall not be liable to you for any failure by the FCO or GRO or any other third party service provider to process your documents within Legaldrafters LTD own target timescales for service delivery.

 

DOCUMENT DELIVERY
The purchaser accepts delivery through third party postal, delivery or courier services, as specified or used by Legaldrafters LTD. The purchaser accepts that Legaldrafters LTD 5 day turn around service specification does not include any delay, strike or any other difficulty or force majuere inflicted upon Legaldrafters LTD due to any third party operations or delivery service. The purchaser accepts that Legaldrafters LTD does not hold any duty or liability towards the purchaser for documents not held on any of the premises of Legaldrafters LTD or their associated trading businesses. Legaldrafters LTD will endeavour to send all documents to the purchaser by way of First Class Recorded Delivery post, unless the purchaser specifies otherwise, and as such the purchaser will in any event be deemed to have received all original documents and all photocopied serviced documents ordered.

 

REFUNDS
There shall be no refund entitlement save for as set out in this policy, or as of statutory or legal right. In this policy, refunds will only be made available to the purchaser if for certain reasons Legaldrafters LTD has been unable due to its own limitations to process the order specified within 5 days of receipt of documents to Legaldrafters LTD premises. The purchaser will be notified of any difficulty and thereafter shall specify if the purchaser wishes to exercise his entitlement to a refund under the cancellation and refund policy. No refund entitlement shall form part of this policy where any fault, or prevention is not wholly that of Legaldrafters LTD. Where any error of underpayment or non payment has been made for the purchase of any services ordered the purchaser agrees to indemnify Legaldrafters LTD and to allow the shortfall to be rectified from the purchasers bank or credit account directly through merchant services. Legaldrafters LTD agrees to notify the purchaser directly of the error and of the intention to indemnify itself, in accordance with this policy. Any request for purchaser refund entitlement shall be made payable within 14 days of request and only upon the production of a valid receipt for purchase, save for in the case of an overcharge error, whereby the purchaser will be entitled to an immediate indemnity of refund subject only to the amount of overcharge and by the same mode or method of payment of the overcharge . Any other circumstances within this policy giving rise to a refund will only be made to the purchaser and subject to the discretion of Legaldrafters LTD, only by the same mode or method for payment made at the time of purchase, at anytime within 14 days from the date when the entitlement accrued. Purchaser refund entitlement does not accrue until after 5 days from when the documents to be serviced were received by Legaldrafters LTD and subject to being informed by Legaldrafters LTD that processing cannot take place within the service specification timescales, the purchaser will then need to make a written request to cancel the order, and requests full or partial refund. Proof of purchase must be attached to the request. Unless such request is forthcoming the purchaser will be deemed to have accepted that the order will be processed at the earliest opportunity of the service. Nothing within this refund policy is deemed to affect the statutory rights of a purchaser or to limit any statutory liability of Legaldrafters LTD

CANCELLATION
Save as indicated above under the refund policy there shall be no rights to cancellation, except where the purchaser has a statutory or legal right to exercise cancellation.
